"Touch Racer" is a software for Android that turns your device into a racing wheel. It works for Windows games, too.
In order to control the car you need to swipe your finger across the screen, just like a joystick. The car is controlled by your fingers.
There are two different modes. You can choose the normal mode, where you will have two buttons on the screen and you need to swipe between them to control the speed. Or you can choose the wireless mode, where the car is controlled by a remote.
This app will work for all games, not only car games. It works for all games with a joystick.
